Danielle is the Co-Founder and COO of the MD Esthetics brand and is responsible for creating and implementing front and back-office processes for all corporate locations and the MD Esthetics Franchise.  

She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma. After working in the supply chain field, she had an opportunity to shadow a salesperson and fell in love with the customer interaction, sales strategy, and independence that came along with that role. 

Danielle transitioned to sales soon thereafter and spent 8 years in the field before finding for passion in esthetics. After discussing the idea with Mike, they instead decided to combine their passions and open a medical aesthetics practice. The rest is history.
